2.Main features
This machine organically combines the non-woven slicing machine and the sewing machine. It adopts microcomputer control and on-line control of the sewing machine to complete the handle sewing and slicing of the reel non-woven fabric at one time. The most important thing in the hand-made non-woven fabric bag is replaced by a machine. This process greatly improves production efficiency and achieves effective production cost savings.

3.The main advantage
1. The host and feeding adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, synchronous adjustment, keep the tension stable and ensure the quality of the finished product.
2. The dragging part and the sewing machine are synchronously controlled by a servo motor to keep the feeding and sewing thread speeds synchronized. Compared with the tug design, it is more stable and reduces the wrinkles of the fabric, ensuring a stable stitch length, neat thread routing, and effectively reducing needle breakage and skipped stitches.
3. The independent unwinding rack is equipped with a large cylinder to automatically lift the material, which is suitable for large rolls of materials, which is convenient for operation and reduces labor.
4. The ultrasonic control box triode adopts Japanese Toshiba brand, which is stable and durable.
5. Plc man-machine interface, one-key operation, intuitive and efficient.
