Non Woven Slitting Machine This machine is mainly used for edge trimming or slitting of wide webs such as non-woven fabrics. It is used for slitting non-woven fabrics, mica tape, paper, insulating materials and films. It is especially suitable for narrow bands (non-woven fabrics, insulating materials, Mica tape, film, etc.) slitting.

2.Machine characteristics
1. The thick steel plate is welded to make it firm and the angle is balanced, so that the machine is stable under high-speed working conditions;
2. The whole machine adopts chrome-plated steel pipes, each of which is dynamically balanced;
3. The unwinding adopts 3 inches inflatable unwinding shaft, the maximum unwinding diameter can reach 600mm
4. The rewinding adopts a 3-inch inflatable reel and a magnetic powder tension controller for rewinding, the slitting operation is simple, and the maximum rewinding diameter can reach 600mm; the rewinding is beautiful and neat;
5. The cutter can use industrial scalpel blade or flat knife (art blade) adjustable knife between 18mm-1600mm;
6. The spindle and the round knife use a continuously variable speed system, which can be used as a high-low speed control and forward and reverse switching control; electronic speed control system, convenient and simple;
7. Equipped with double-sided diamond grinding and sharpening system; the knife can be sharpened without disassembly, so that the blade can be kept sharp for a long time; to achieve the best cutting quality; and it is attached with a dust collector to keep the cloth and track clean;
8. Imported precision ball screw and slide rail are used to advance the cutting width in parallel, and the imported AC motor adjustment system steplessly adjusts and controls the cutting speed, so as to achieve high-precision cutting, and the accuracy can be controlled within 0.1 mm;
9. Equipped with a high-precision correction device system to further ensure the cutting accuracy;
