1.Product Description
This machine is designed to handle square bottom paper bags. The handle forming part rolls the twisted core and paper tape into handles, which are transferred to the handle application part. The handle application part is to punch holes on the blank paper or printed paper web, apply glue, and press the handle on the paper web. After attaching the handle, the paper web is fed into the main machine for side glue coating, tube forming, cutting, bottom forming, primer coating, bag making and final bag delivery. All steps are completed online, this machine is an ideal equipment for processing square bottom paper bags. The whole machine is controlled by a computer central control system with touch screen and servo motor to control the cutting length. It can produce paper bags of various sizes.
2.Main features
1. The machine is simple in operation and fast in production speed, and can produce 170 pairs of handles per minute.
2. This machine can be equipped with assembly line automatic gluing function. The automatic gluing function replaces the old manual gluing process, so that labor costs can be greatly reduced during the production process, and the production speed can be accelerated, and large quantities of customer orders can be completed.
3. Under the condition of stable raw material tension, the handle produced by this machine can lift 15 kilograms of heavy objects.
